Banque du Liban, unissued 20,000 Livres of 1999, serial number C031449099, in PMG holder 66 EPQ, gem uncirculated, sold along with the official Banque du Liban limited edition presentation envelope, this date was never officially issued instead it was sold later as a commemorative note with only 100 notes printed for this date, this note being 99 of the 100 it is a true modern rarity and essential in any comprehensive Lenanese banknote collections
