Roman, Romano-British, A bronze zoomorphic peacock brooch, 2nd century AD, 3.9cm long by 2.1cm high; bulbous ovate body decorated with a punched dot design and a band of raised ribbing, white enamelled circular tail feather, elongated straight neck with a crested head moulded in the round with ring and dot eyes and rounded beak. Very fine, of delicate work £60-£80
