Britannia seated left, one penny around, beaded inner circle, ornament at top, date in exergue, edge plain, 9.31g/12h (F 777 [Sale, lot 249]; BMC 2066; Gouby obv. V; Adams –; Norweb 654). Tiny spot by reverse ornament, otherwise virtually as struck, toned; of the highest rarity, very few specimens known £3,000-£4,000
