Bronze Age, a socketed and looped axe, c. 1000-800 BC, 8.9cm long by 4.2cm wide by 3.4cm deep; square socket mouth with slightly flared sides to the rectangular sub-sectioned axe head. About fine with a light brown patina £100-£120
from a UK collection; an old attached label reads ‘from Northumber’
