87519 Flight Lieutenant Alexander Glendinning, R.A.F.V.R., the son of Rev. J. P. C. and Caroline Mary Glendinning of Belfast, N. Ireland, died on 14 February 1942, aged 37 years. His name is commemorated on the Singapore Memorial. Sold with original card forwarding box (no address) and an Air Council forwarding slip named to ‘Flight Lieutenant A. Glendinning’.
