Louisa Edith Ellen Turtell was born on 16 November 1896 and is recorded in 1939 as a resident of Toller’s Lane, Coulsden, and a Nursing Member of the St John Ambulance Brigade.

Sold with the recipient’s S.J.A.B. bronze Re-examination Cross, the reverse engraved ‘307126 Louisa E. E. Turtell.’
