Stephen Taylor, a public works inspector, was born in London, England, on 10 January 1883. Post-War, his death at Alhampton, Ditchet, Bath, Somerset, on 11 September 1926, was related to his military service, and accordingly, a Canadian Memorial Cross was issued to his widow.
