Banco de Mocambique, a remarkable full range of specimens and proofs for the overprinted 100 Escudos of 27 March 1961 (1978), including printers archival specimens (3), serial number ranges C23000001 to C25500000, C43000001 to 43500000 and C43500001 to C60500000, regular specimens (2), one with red SPECIMEN overprint, one with red ESPECIME overprint, positional proof (1), with lines drawn in biro to check position of serial number and signature elements, underprint and reverse proofs (2), one with underprint only, one with full print on reverse and underprint on obverse, and issued notes (2), some with mounting traces, generally about uncirculated or better, a truly remarkable group of items, several of which are unique or extremely rare (10 notes)
