Ex. Dabbah collection

This is the Dabbah plate note p.194 and Pick general issues 1368-1960 plate note, p.18.

One of four known notes (refer to Dabbah p.312 where the author mentions two notes believed extant). Two further examples came to light after the initial research was published. This note was part of the World War II emergency series printed by Emil Pikovsky Zincography in Jerusalem on behalf of the Government Printer of Palestine.
