Government of Iraq, watermarked paper showing the head of King Faisal I, as featured on the entire first series of 1931, including the 1/4, 1/2, 1, 5, 10 and 100 Dinars, glued into blue card frame, ink and pencil annotations on paper, stating that this is the ‘1/4 Dinar Iraq. 1st Issue’, as produced, this is the only watermarked paper in the Portals archive showing Faisal I, and is potentially unique in private hands, a remarkable item for the advanced collector
