Board of Commissioners of Currency Malaya, sheets of watermarked paper (2) showing the heads of two Rhinos, and the monogram SDM (Survey Department Malaya), presumably intended for the printing of low denomination notes (anything under the value of $1), but eventually never used, probably due to the outbreak of the Second World War, both glued into blue card frames, ink annotations on paper, as produced, very rare and potentially the only trace of an issue that never materialised (2 papers)
