British Iron Age, Catuvellauni, CATUVELLAUNI, Cunobelin, gold plated Stater, Linear type [class 2], ear of barley with central stalk and five pairs of grains dividing ca mv, rev. horse bounding right with ladder mane, branch and two pellets above, cvn below, 3.40g/3h ( ABC 2774; VA 1925-1; S 281). About very fine, 75% of plating remaining. £100-£150
