Roman Imperatorial Coinage, Post Second Triumvirate, Octavian, Denarius, Italy, possibly Brundisium or Rome, 29-27 BC, laureate head of Octavian as Apollo, rev. imp caesar in exergue, Octavian laureate and veiled driving a yoke of oxen right, plough handle in right hand and whip in left, 3.77g/10h (Ghey 383, this coin; BMC 638-40; RIC 272; RSC 117). Uneven rusty patina, about fine £60-£80
