British Iron Age, GALLO-BELGIC, Stater, series E [Ambiani], Gallic War uniface type, shallow dome, rev. stylised horse standing right, charioteer’s arm above, ‘coffee bean’ and ‘thunderbolt’ behind, curve of pellets before horse’s face, corded exergue line, 6.02g (LH 5, this coin; ABC 16; VA 54-1; S 11). Good very fine and well centred; light hoard patina £600-£800
