Michael Russell, alderman; his token, executed by David Ramage before 1660, names the village of Smithwicke, which was encompassed by the port of Falmouth by proclamation of 20 August 1660. Richard Scaddan, Penzance, married Joan Cossen at Stowford, Devon, October 1647
