Edward John Ball was born in Islington and living at Tottenham, enlisted at Stratford. Serving with the 3rd Battalion Royal Fusiliers, he entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 18 January 1915. He was killed in action on 28 September 1915, aged 23 years. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Loos Memorial. He was the son of William and Catherine Eleanor Ball of 29 Malvern Road, Tottenham, London. Sold with copied research.
