Philip Barker served as an Ordinary Seaman aboard the Theseus at Basque Roads. He had joined Theseus on 10 June 1806 as a Landsman, was promoted to Ordinary Seaman on 21 March 1809, and continued in that ship until 21 December 1813, when he removed to the Raisonnable, in which ship he remained until 1 June 1814.
