, dated reverse, no clasp (Nav. Cadet, R.N., H.M.S. Achilles); Khedive’s Star 1882, the first with contact marks, otherwise very fine (2) £140-160

Henry Otway Boger, the son of Captain H. T. Boger, R.N., of Elvington, Isle of Wight, entered Britannia as a Naval Cadet in July 1880, and quickly saw active service in the Egypt operations of 1882 aboard H.M.S. Achilles in the same rank. Having retired as a Lieutenant in June 1897, he was subsequently advanced on the Retired List to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander, but is not believed to have witnessed any further active service.
