(Maurice George Blackmore); Cadet Forces L.S., G.VI.R., 2nd issue (Ty. Sub. Lieut. (S.P.), R.N.V.R.), mounted as worn, this last with official corrections, the earlier awards with light contact marks and a little polished, otherwise generally very fine (7) £120-150

Maurice George Blackmore was commissioned as a Temporary Sub. Lieutenant (S.P.) in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve in February 1942 and was advanced to Lieutenant in November 1946. His Imperial Service Medal was for services as a postman in the Bournemouth and Poole District (London Gazette 26 February 1960 refers).
