Due to the worn state of the obverse die used to strike this coin, it is difficult to determine the presence of a trefoil across the kings’s tunic (the primary distinguishing characteristic between classes A1 and A2). The die duplicate in the BMC was described by D. Allen as ‘Bust A’ only.
