Henry VI (First reign, 1422-1461), Cross-Pellet issue, Class C, Groat, London, mm. cross IIIb on obv. only, saltire on neck, fleur on breast, pellets by hair, mullets after posvi, extra pellets in quarters under civi and lon, 2.96g/2h (Whitton 82; Buck –; N 1518; S 1937). Surfaces corroded, crack repaired with adhesive, fine, very rare £40-£50
