Edition of 125 in bronze. Nicolas-Jean Rouppe (1768-1838) was a politician and first burgomaster of Brussels after it claimed independence. Charles Buls (1837-1914), was a politician. Émile André Jean De Mot (1835-1909) was a politician and also burgomaster of Brussels, from 1899 until his death.
