The meeting commemorated the death of Mihail Pantazi (1897-1936), a First World War air ace and member of the aerobatic team Dracii Rosii (the Red Dragons), who lost his life as a passenger in an aircraft which crashed at Lodz, Poland, on 7 November 1936.
