FRANCE, Exposition Internationale des Arts et Techniques, Paris, 1937, a bronze medal by H. Navarre, after H. Favier, for Canale on behalf of Philips of Eindhoven, legend around Philips logo, rev. fountains of light incorporating radio masts, edge impressed v. canale and foundry mark, 55mm, 87.90g (cf. iNumis MBS 34, 1196; cf. DNW M5, 1570). Extremely fine, scarce; in red case of issue £40-£50
