Stirling, Stirling Regatta (Instituted 1854), Macfarlane Amateur Champion Cup Medal, a silver award, unsigned, finely detailed engraved scene of four boats in a race on the River Tay, rev. arms, named (To Thomas Elliot Ogilvie Horne, Esq, of the Crew of the Amateur Winning Boat, Blue Jacket, of the Champion Cup Race at the Stirling Regatta 1855), 48mm (Brodie –). Knock in reverse field, otherwise very fine and a detailed piece of engraving, very rare; with clip and ring for suspension (£80-100)
