Roman Imperial Coinage, Augustus (27 BC-AD 14), Denarius, Lugdunum, 2 BC-AD 4, caesar avgvstvs divi f pat[–] around laureate head of Augustus right, rev. c l caesares in exergue, avgvsti f cos desig princ ivvent around Gaius and Lucius Caesar standing front, each togate and resting hand on shields, behind each is a spear upright, in field between simpulum left and lituus right, 3.72g/6h (Ghey 372.21, this coin; BMC 519-35; RIC 207; RSC 43). Struck on an elongated flan, otherwise good fine £90-£120
