Roman Imperatorial Coinage, Post Second Triumvirate, Octavian, Denarius, Italy, possibly Brundisium or Rome, autumn 31-summer 30 BC, bust of Victory, wings spread, right, rev. caesar d[–] either side of nude male figure, possibly Neptune, standing left with right foot on globe, holding aplustre in right hand and sceptre in left, 3.51g/3h (Ghey 380, this coin; BMC 615; RIC 256; RSC 60).
