British Iron Age, CATUVELLAUNI, Cunobelin, AD 8-41, Stater, Classic A, Arc Stem type [Class 7c], ca m divided by ear of barley with five pairs of grains, base of stem has has two pairs of downward turned arcs above a splayed base, rev. cvno below, horse prancing right with fine pellet mane, branch above, 5.40g/7h (Ghey 13, this coin; Sills O76/R131; ABC –). Good very fine, the reverse well struck up and attractive £2,000-£3,000
