Henry Anderson King was born on 4 October 1882. As a 3rd Class Assistant Surgeon in the I.M.D. he entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 12 October 1914. Was appointed a Senior Assistant Surgeon with the rank of Major on 23 March 1932.
