Percival William Emmett was born on 24 May 1890. He joined the I.M.D. in April 1910. Entered into the France/Flanders theatre of war on 7 November 1914 - serving with No.2 Rawalpindi British General Hospital. Attained the rank of Assistant Surgeon 1st Class on 18 April 1927. M.I.D. not confirmed.
