Assistant Surgeon Hazle, I.M.D. served in operations in France, November-December 1915, and in operations in Mesopotamia, January 1916-September 1919. Attained the position of Senior Assistant Surgeon with the rank of Lieutenant on 20 March 1928. Dr Hazle was a Member of the Far Eastern Association of Tropical Medicine - based in Lungleh, Assam in 1927. With copied gazette extracts and other research.
