Sold with an original letter of congratulations for the award addressed to Miss Guyton from the Governor of the Punjab, dated Barnes Court, Simla, 8 June 1939. Also with a newspaper clipping featuring a photograph of Miss Guyton, reading: ‘Honoured - Matron F. M. Guyton arriving at Buckingham Palace to receive the Kaisar-i-Hind Medal ...’ Also with a newspaper clipping announcing her death in Worthing on 23 June 1969.
