30 (Abbottabad) M.B.: landed at Basra in November 1914 and fought the Turks in Mesopotamia until it left for East Africa in October 1916.
32 (Poonch) M.B.: this battery was deployed in the Tochi Valley, North West Frontier, from November 1914 until March 1915.
33 M.B.: as this battery was not formed until 1917, it could not qualify for the 1914-15 Star. This man must, therefore, have been cross-posted.
