1914-15 Star (1943 S.Mjr., R.A.M.C.); British War and Victory Medals, with M.I.D. oak leaf (Lieut.); Portugal, Military Order of Avis, Chevalier’s breast badge, gilt and enamel, together with Bronze Memorial Plaque (Arthur Byers Banks); original award certificate for the Order of Avis; Memorial Certificate for the St Marie Cemetery at Le Havre; and a magnificent very large illuminated Roll of Honour of ‘The Antofagasta (Chili) and Bolivia Railway Company Limited’ 1914-18, listing Lieut. Banks in the Stores of the Bolivian Section Staff, extremely fine (5) £150-200
