London Gazette 21 June 1919 'The King has been graciously pleased to approve of the award of the following honours, decorations and medals to the undermentioned officers and men.'

HMS DUBLIN, a cruiser of 5,400 tons with Battle Honours "Dardenelles 1915" and "Jutland 1916". Served with the 2nd Light Cruiser Squadron, Grand Fleet 1916-1918.
