London Gazette 8 March 1920 ‘Honours for services in the Baltic.’

The following details are taken from Admiralty recommendations for honours: “Was chosen for specially meritorious service in CLEOPATRA during the seven months service in the Gulf of Finland.” Recommendation signed by Rear-Admiral Walter Cowan, S.N.O. Baltic, 31 December 1919. H.M.S. CLEOPATRA was the Flag Ship at Kronstadt during 1919.
