The following details are taken from Admiralty recommendations for honours: “Strongly recommended by his Commanding Officer for special zeal and ability during arduous service in the Baltic.”
H.M.S. WRYNECK, a ‘W’ Class Destroyer served in the Baltic in 1918-19.
