Awarded 29 September 1831.
Born 1776, Anglesea. In 1818 he had received a pension of £14 per Year for serving in the Navy since 1803. Rejoined the service in June 1823 to complete time for a full pension of £21 per Year. His 'Great War' history remains unknown.
