Sold with a handwritten statement of service by the recipient who states that he served with RAAF Security/Intelligence attached to the SAS in the Gong Kedak area on the Thai border. He carried out surveys, dressed as a civilian, looking for Chin Peng Communist forces on the Thai border between Gong Kedak and Pedang Besar.
