Hommage à Louis Muller, 1958, –); together with a bronze example of the struck medal by Raynaud and Muller, 33mm, with ribbon and bar [2]. Both extremely fine, the first extremely rare (£150-180)

First only illustrated. Louis Muller (1902-57), a student of Dropsy and Patey, lived at the Villa Medicis, Rome, from 1933-6, where this piece was undoubtedly conceived.
