Médaille des Fusillés, 1946, a bronze medal by A. Galtié, body of a fusilier tied to a tree with a ball-rope, bullet holes in tree-trunk, reverse FUSILLE on a cross of Lorraine, Victory symbol behind, 70mm (CGMP p.774). Minor obverse rim nicks at 7 o’clock, otherwise extremely fine, scarce (£40-60)
