Richard Percy Adams was appointed a 2nd Lieutenant in the 1st Brecknockshire Battalion, South Wales Borderers in November 1913. Advanced to Lieutenant in March 1915, he was seconded to the Territorial Force in June 1917 and gained advancement to Captain while serving in India in November 1918. He resigned his commission in January 1921; sold with copied research.
