Monmouthshire Rifle Volunteers Other Ranks Seal Skin Busby c. 1878, the black fur skull complete with sewn in corded cap lines and sunken green cloth crown, white metal dragon badge with corded boss above this with small plated strung bugle horn, horse hair plume of black over red, remains of internal trade label ‘Hobson & Sons, London’ complete with black leather sweat band and black cloth lining, black corded cap lines, wicker skull shaped stand, some fur loss on one top edge and slight damage to the internal black cloth lining otherwise good overall condition £200-300
