Andrew Clark was born in London and was educated privately and at the University of London. He was at times Honorary Surgeon to the King; Colonel in the Army Medical Service; Assistant Director of Medical Services, 2nd London Division, T.F.; Consulting Surgeon to the Middlesex Hospital and to the Marylebone General Dispensary and Vice-President and Gold Medallist of the British Medical Association. He died on 29 August 1913.
