Edge chipped, otherwise about very fine, very rare; only one other of this die combination listed by Allen £1,000-£1,500

Perhaps because this coin was illustrated in error as Lot 29 in the La Rivière sale catalogue, it escaped the notice of Martin Allen when compiling his recent study
