Leslie James Morgan was commissioned Second Lieutenant in the Royal Sussex Regiment on 8 June 1915.
Frank Turner was born in Holloway, Middlesex, and attested for the Royal Sussex Regiment at Mill Hill, Middlesex. He served with the 16th (Sussex Yeomanry) Battalion during the Great War on the Western Front, and was killed in action on 2 September 1918. He is buried in Peronne Communal Cemetery Extension, France.
