A German Second World War Afrika Korps Visored Field Cap. A very nice size 54 or 55 well service used visored field cap for an artillery unit. Interestingly the cap is constructed from two totally different pieces of tropical cloth with the visor being of a darker olive than the upper part being of a tropical tan. Fitted with its correct Bevo woven blue on tan eagle and national cockade, red artillery waffenfarbe. The interior has seen considerable wear. There are faint traces of the maker stamp visible but unidentifiable, reasonable condition £400-£500
