Provenance: Various sources in Malta between 1986 and 2007

The United Service Music Hall was on the corner of Strait Street and St. Nicholas Street. The name Palmer is a incorrect spelling for Palmier, who owned this music hall. The use of V in the legend rather than U is unusual. Palais Des Danses appear to date to the early 1900’s, if not earlier. The building would seem to have been bombed during the 2nd World War and subsequently rebuilt. The cataloguer can find nothing recorded in the owners notes for the White Swan Music Hall
