Historical Medals, The Greatheed Petition to Dismiss the King’s Ministers, Warwick, 1797, a white metal medal, unsigned, three men in cart exhorting the crowds on either side, gallows above, rev. as if from temple bar some head was cut, and on rebelling trunk the face was put, 36mm, 19.68g/12h (DH Warwickshire 9; BHM 444). A few spots of tin pest, otherwise obverse about extremely fine, reverse very fine, very rare £200-£260
