Arthur Huggins was born in Sutton, Surrey and enlisted at Aldershot. Serving with the 2nd Battalion Hampshire Regiment he was killed in action in Gallipoli, 6 May 1915, aged 24 years. His name is commemorated on the Helles Memorial. He was the son of J. and Annie Huggins of 9 Drury Lane, Aldershot.
